Mike Walsh AIF^®- Financial Advisor 

Mike Walsh graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's in economics. He's been a financial professional with the Principal® Financial Network since 2012.

He strives to help clients work towards achieving their financial goals. His goal is to build a relationship with his clients to collaborate in the development, design, and implementation phases of their financial plan and portfolio. Whether you're planning for retirement, building wealth, or managing a diverse portfolio, Mike focuses on creating tailored strategies to help you achieve your financial goals.

Mike and his wife, Laura, live in Solon, IA with their two kids, Ruthie, and Eddie. In Mike's free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf with Laura, travelling, and catching the occasional Hawkeye or Packer game with a good pizza.

Mike Gary earned his bachelors in management with an emphasis on finance from the University of Northern Iowa. He has been a financial professional since 1991.

He focuses on wealth management, helping to design and implement qualified retirement plans, non-qualified executive benefit plans, exit planning, and risk management-insurance protection. Mike works to empower you to make informed decisions and help secure your financial future. 

Mike Gary is a lifelong resident of Eastern Iowa. His wife, Gina, and him have two daughters Johnna and Anna. In his free time, he loves to spend time with family and friends while cheering on the Cowboys. 

Jessi Mart- Office Manager 

Jessi joined our team in March of 2025 as our Office Manager. With over 15 years of experience running her own business, she brings a strong background in client service, project management, and problem solving. Her transition into the financial industry was driven by a passion for helping people and a desire to build meaningful relationships through organized, detail-oriented support. 

In her role, Jessi works closely with clients-coordinating meetings, managing communication, and processing essential paperwork.  She is committed to providing a smooth and personalized client experience, using her entrepreneurial mindset and service-driven approach to support the team’s daily operations.

Outside of the office, Jessi enjoys spending time with her daughter, fiance, and family, exploring creative outlets and nutrtuing her love of plants, design and all things outdoors.
